Yes. We ship to over 20 countries in Africa and worldwide. We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight. Key ports include Lagos, Tema, Mombasa, Durban, and Cairo. DDP and DAP terms available for selected destinations.
MOQ depends on product and destination. For panels we typically require at least one pallet (around 20–30 modules). For inverters and batteries, single-unit orders are possible; volume discounts apply for larger orders. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Product warranties are manufacturer-backed: typically 10–25 years on panels (product + linear performance), 10 years on inverters, and 10 years on LFP batteries. We support warranty claims and can provide extended warranty options for large projects.
Yes. Our Tier-1 panels and inverters carry CE, IEC 61215, IEC 61730, and relevant grid codes. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Batteries are UN38.3 certified. Test reports and certificates are available on request.
Stock items typically dispatch within 48–72 hours. Custom configurations and large orders may take 2–4 weeks. Sea freight to Africa is usually 4–8 weeks from port of loading; air freight 5–10 days. We provide clear ETAs at quote stage.
For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) we handle customs clearance and duties in the destination country. For DAP/CFR/CIF the importer is responsible for customs. We provide commercial invoices and packing lists; certificates of origin available.
Delivered Duty Paid means we deliver to your door and clear customs and pay import duties in your country. You receive goods ready to use. DDP is available for selected African destinations; ask for a quote.
We accept bank transfer (TT), letters of credit (LC), and for established relationships we can discuss flexible terms. Deposit is typically 30–50% with balance before shipment or against documents, depending on order size and terms.
Panels are packed in export-grade cartons with corner protectors; palletized and shrink-wrapped. Inverters and batteries are in factory cartons, palletized. We use sea-worthy packaging and can add extra protection for long inland hauls.
Yes. Our technical team supports system design, compatibility questions, and troubleshooting. We provide datasheets, installation guides, and can arrange training for distributors and installers. Response within 24–48 hours on business days.
