FAQ
Vehicle shipping frequently asked questions
Transit time depends on the port of origin and whether you use RoRo or container. From the US Gulf or Europe, expect approximately 3–6 weeks to Lagos or Port Harcourt. We provide an estimated timeline at quote stage and track your shipment until delivery.
You typically need the vehicle title or certificate of ownership, bill of sale, valid ID, and sometimes a copy of the destination import permit. We guide you through export documentation and can assist with customs paperwork for the destination country. Requirements vary by country—we'll confirm what's needed for your route.
RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) means your vehicle is driven onto a dedicated car carrier ship and driven off at the destination port. It's usually the most cost-effective option for running vehicles. We also offer container shipping for non-running cars or when you want extra protection.
Yes. Non-running or inoperative vehicles can be shipped in a container. We arrange loading and securing so your vehicle arrives safely. RoRo is generally for drivable vehicles only; for non-runners we'll quote container service and handle the logistics.
